DB BEST Bangalore

BREADS have constructed a well equipped skill training centre at Lingarajapuram in Bangalore city named DB Best Academy. The centre has been conducting skill trainings in three skill domains namely Hospitality, Retail Marketing and BPO to the less privileged youth. In the first batch, there were 60 trainees 43 were placed in jobs (71%) and in the second batch, 84 of them were trained and 71 were placed (85%). The third and final batch skill training has completed successfully by October 2017, there were 102 trainees and 87 were placed in jobs (85%).

Every year 225 to 300 less privileged youth are targeted to be trained in job oriented skills at DB Best Academy and provide job placement services to the successful trainees.
