Bangalore Rural Educational and Development Society (BREADS) conducted a two-day review meeting for the programme directors of the Child Rights Education and Action Movement (CREAM III) on 22 and 23 September 2022. There were 13 participants in the meeting including 9 programme directors from Bangalore, Ramanagara, Mysuru, Chitradurga, Vijayanagara, Raichur, Yadagir, Kalaburagi, and Bidar along with the BREADS CREAM team. The meeting started with a welcome by Fr. Rubin Mathew sdb (Executive Director, BREADS) in which he appreciated the Directors for their efforts in the districts that paved the way for great impact and success in CREAM III.
The objective of the meeting was to discuss and finalise the programmes under CREAM III in the respective districts in the upcoming months. The members also focused on preparing a plan of action with possible programmes to include and implement in the CREAM programme. The Directors also discussed the identification of new social work interventions that the Don Bosco institutions could initiate in the future. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from Fr. Saji, CREAM Director, Ramanagara district.
