“Plant a Tree” was a delightful event conducted by BREADS in collaboration with DSV Charitable Foundation and Don Bosco College, Bangalore in the college campus on 29 June 2023. Emphasising the importance of Nature and fostering an ethos of eco-consciousness, the event centered around planting saplings within the college premises. 29 saplings were planted by the college students and the volunteers of the DSV Charitable Foundation.
Ms. Madhura M (Senior HR Business Partner, DSV Charitable Foundation) addressed the students and volunteers about the significance of planting trees. Fr. Shajan Noronha (Principal, Don Bosco College- Bangalore), Fr. Jitto Kunnath (Asst. Director, BREADS) also graced the occasion with their presence. The initiative marked a step towards shaping a future where human life and Nature thrive symbiotically.
