DRUGS REHABILITATION EDUCATION AND MENTORING (DREAM)- is a project of BREADS that aims to impart and increase awareness on the ill- effects of drug use among school children and adolescents.
On 23 Jan 2021, DREAM Kochi organized a Youth Level Awareness Programme for the students of Don Bosco IGACT, Vennala in a conventional way following current covid protocols. Fr Antony Vialatt sdb, Rector, DB IGACT, Vennala welcomed the gathering followed by Mr. Shibin Shaji Varghese, District Coordinator, Dream Kochi presented a session on Substance abuse and Prevention.
After the theoretical session Mrs. Jijimol, Civil Excise Woman Officer shared ideas on substance abuse and its legal consequences. Mrs. Shiny Shibu introduced the project and counseling facilities provided by the team. The DREAM awareness leaflets were distributed to students.
