Training and development is a function, concerned with organizational activity aimed at bettering the job performance of individuals and groups with the sole aim of betterment and efficiency. On 20.07.2018 Chithra Don Bosco, Chitradurga organized one day training for the staff of Chithra Don Bosco involving the sharpening of skills, concepts, gaining knowledge, discussing new thoughts and ideas.
The programme started with a warm welcome by Fr. Sonychen Mathew, Director, Chithra Don Bosco. Fr. Anil D’Sa SDB, Director, Don Bosco Youth Services, was the resource for the training, a person filled with abundance of knowledge, experience and a great youth animator.
Fr. Anil took the sessions on stress management, time management, communication, smart work, problem solving skills, through various activities and video presentations. Chithra staff and evening tuition teachers participated in the session and last but not the least, Mr. Manjunath, Social Activist, CREAM project, gave the vote of thanks at the end of the training. The day was filled with lots of fun, activities and a better learning experience in view of bettering the lives of the beneficiaries.
