On 19th May 2017 Don Bosco Hospet organized “International Child Helpline Day” and “Child friendly police station programme” in Tambralli village, H.B. HalliTaluk, Hospet. The gathering stressed the importance of Child Helpline No- 1098 and urged the public to use the toll free helpline whenever they come across crimes and exploitation against children. Mr.Ramnaik PSI, Mr. Patel Head Master, Mr.Manjunatha Coordinator Childline Ballary, Mr.Chidanand Coordinator Childline Hosapet and Mr.Prakash Coordinator CREAM Don Bosco Hosapet and others were present during the programme.
May 17th is a day declared by the Child Helpline International as the International Child Helpline Day.
