Job Fair at Don Bosco Vaduthala

Don Bosco Job Placement Network (JPN) in collaboration with Don Bosco Youth Centre, Vaduthala, organised a job fair at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Vaduthala, Ernakulam, Kerala on 25 February 2023. Recruiting teams from 16 companies were present at the event, including: HCL TechBEE, TVS, L&T Finance, Gofrugal, Esaf Bank, CoIndSyz Software Solutions, Reliance Retails, Paytm, Dot Net Developer. Around 250 candidates turned up for this job fair, of whom, 105 bagged opportunities with different companies.

The programme was coordinated by Fr. Manu Njondimakel sdb (Director, Don Bosco Youth Centre, Vaduthala), Fr. Deepu Mathew sdb (Asst. Director, BREADS Bangalore), Mr. Praveen (Placement Coordinator, JPN-Bengaluru), and the central team of JPN.

The primary goal of the Don Bosco Job Placement Network is to enhance the livelihoods of disadvantaged job seekers by boosting their aspirations with career guidance and skills training. The network also strives to provide them access to secure job markets by offering job referral services, and guaranteeing retention and improved livelihoods, as well as social integration through quality job opportunities with reasonable wages and safe and secure working conditions.
