Climate Action

Experiencing and witnessing the harsh fallouts of climate change on the lives of communities and especially children, BREADS began to take urgent action to tackle climate change and its impact. Its activities and interventions are spread across areas of creating Sustainable livelihoods, Organic farming models, investing in Clean energy and Afforestation, while promoting better lifestyle choices through Awareness and Campaigns.

As part of the global Don Bosco Green Alliance, BREADS is committed to eliminating disposable plastic, combatting pollution and reducing global warming through its work. BREADS actively incorporates elements of climate action into all of its initiatives with its stakeholders—whether children, youth, women, or other others.
