Don Bosco Social Service Centre in Devadurga, Raichur, has been running a Child Labour Rehabilitation Centre with a residential Bridge Course since 2016. Since then, many children have been rescued from the clutches of child labour and have been guided on to the path of knowledge and education. This year, 2023, saw a great victory: six children (3 boys & 3 girls) passed the Pre-University Course (PUC) exam, opening up the path to future progress in their studies. One of them scored 86.66% while the others did well too.
Congratulations to all the children and their mentors too, who helped them achieve this great result in spite of various challenges. We look forward to more children being inspired to great achievements.
