Sixteen Morgan Stanley (MS) employees changed their clientele for a day. Instead of their usual clients, they visited Don Bosco Mithra School in Bangalore on 15 June 2024, to interact with around 150 students of classes 8-10. DB Mithra School reaches out to the local children from lower to middle income backgrounds to offer them access to quality English-medium education.
BREADS is Morgan Stanley’s charity partner and therefore collaborates on employee engagement in community causes. The MS employees introduced contemporary computing concepts to the children—Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, sparking great interest and engagement from the children. As IT professionals, they also offered career guidance to the high school children as they ponder their choices of career and study in the future.
