On 27 September, as part of their ongoing association with BREADS’ DB BEST Academy, fifteen Deutsche Bank volunteers supported the students of the 25th batch with hands-on training on how to prepare a formal resume. This is a much-required skill for the students as they enter their search for employment after their training.
The 72 DB BEST students found this session very unique and engaging. They were able to clarify their doubts, especially because the sessions were conducted in small groups, providing individual attention to the students. Each of the students prepared a draft resume, which they will finalise and present to their volunteer trainers for feedback the next time.
The volunteers and students shared their feedback and experiences, which was an encouragement for all involved. The programme concluded successfully with the happy sharing of a tasty lunch together.
