On March 27th, 2021- DB BEST, in collaboration with BREADS Bangalore and JPN organized a Job Fair from 10 am-2 pm at Don Bosco Best Academy, Lingarajapuram. The main aim of the job fair was to create employment opportunities for job seekers and unemployed youth. There were 10 companies from sectors including ITI, BPO, Retail management, Hospitality, Banking and Consultancies.
The candidates (aged between 18-40+)registered for the fair upon entrance and were briefed about the process. They were given the option of attending interviews for 3 out of the 10 companies. There were 100+ walk-ins for the interviews and 63 were selected for the next round. The fair ended with an ‘HR Gathering’, where the recruiters and the organiser discussed both positive and negative aspects of the fair. There was an exchange of ideas, feedback and suggestions to improve, grow and make the next job fair a better one!

The Job Fair was conducted following all Government protocols for COVID 19.
