A total of 104 women participated in the event, of whom, 18 were individual entrepreneurs and 39 were group entrepreneurs from various self-help groups. The women exhibited homemade products such as pickles, coconut oil, garments, candles, etc., manufactured by them either individually or as a group.
The expo was followed by an interactive session on ”Tips to become Successful Entrepreneurs” by Fr. Thomas Meckattuparambil SDB (Rector, Don Bosco Alappuzha).
