National Skill Qualification Framework is an Integrated Vocational Education with main stream General Education at the Class 9th – 12th (in the 14-17 years age group) on an optional/voluntary basis in 100 schools in Karnataka from the academic year 2014-15.

Special gram sabha for children were conducted at Upregenahalli, Maradihalli, Bharamasagara, Madanayakanahalli, Kondlahalli, Konsagara, and Madakaripura in the district of Chitradurga.
