DB Tech Kerala: Batch Review Held at Don Bosco, Vaduthala

The Batch Review for the DB Tech centres of Kerala was held in Don Bosco, Vaduthala, Kochi on 6&7 July, 2015. The reviewing panel consisted of Miss. Amulya Tirkey ( Manager : Operations of Corporate Projects, Delhi), Fr. Arul Maran ( Director, Don Bosco Skill Mission (DBSM), Bangalore) , Miss Priyanka ( M&E, from DBSM, Bangalore), Fr. Jeeson N ( Province Co-ordinator, Bangalore Province) and the State co-ordinators Mr. Shonit and Ratheesh. Fifteen centres were reviewed with regard to the operations, targets achieved, documentation and performance of the staff.

It was a wonderful opportunity to introspect, retrospect and evaluate the processes, outcome and the outreach expected of DB Tech in its implementation of the project. It was exciting to see the Audio/ video presentation of the whole batch activities prepared by the Trainers. It was an opportunity to appreciate the good being done and to exhort for better and effective implementation of the project so that we reach the target by streamlining the process for better quality and excellence.
