The batch review of the last batch of DB Tech Karnataka was conducted on July 1&2, 2015 in Don Bosco Skill Mission (DBSM), Bennarghata, Bangalore. The Trainers from 10 DB Tech centres of Karnataka participated in the meeting. Fr. Jeeson N (Regional Director), Fr. Maran (DBSM, Bangalore), Fr. Ramesh (DBSM, Bangalore), Mrs. Priyanka (M&E, Don Bosco Skill Mission, Bangalore), Mr. Vincent (State Co-coordinator), Mr. Sreedhar (State MIS and M&E), Mr. Suresh ( Finance) were the members of the reviewing panel.
The best part of the review was the beautifully presented Audio Visual presentation on each centre which threw light on the processes and operations involved during the batch. The interactions led to introspections as to the effectiveness of the implementation of the batch. Every centre had been exhorted to improve the processes after analysis and evaluation.
This was the first batch review conducted in Don Bosco Skill Mission, Bangalore. The various staff of DBSM and the Trainers undergoing advanced Training also were observers to the process. The two days of experience was enriching and learning for all the participants.
