The Review Meeting of the DB Tech activities of the last quarter of the year was organized by DB Tech Kerala at Don Bosco Vaduthala, Kochi on 15/01/2015 to 17/01/2015 from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The DB Tech trainers from all over Kerala attended the session. Mr. Vinay Cleetus, Project Co-Ordinator from National Office, Delhi, Rev.Fr Jeeson Nelluvelil from Regional office, Bangalore, Mr. Shonit Augustine and Mr. Ratheesh K.K from the State office were the members of the Review Team.
Batch Review is a platform where the trainers share their experiences and highlight the efforts they took throughout the batch for the attainment of best results. Each DB Tech centers shared their presentation through audio/video formats and PPT slides. They also described their Operational process of the concerned batch right from the Mobilization through induction and finally the placement. They also came up with various innovative ideas implemented for mobilization process. During the batch review, the review team asked the centers about their future plans for quality training and what impact they would make on their trainees.
The Batch review was a wonderful experience and helped every trainer to introspect and renew their process. It was also the time to sharpen certain methods and to improve certain procedures. It was an opportunity to share the brilliant ideas with the other trainers to make the training process aligned and sharp.
Everyone enjoyed the Review sessions and were grateful to all those gathered there for sharing ideas, helping them to realize their areas of improvement and for appreciating them for the efforts and hard work.
