The 17th skill training batch at DB BEST Academy (skill training centre of BREADS Bangalore) was formally inaugurated on 23 April 2022. The ceremony was attended by the new batch of students along with their parents, and the staff.
The programme began with a prayer song by the students, the lighting of the lamp, followed by the welcome address. The chief guests of the day were Mr. Oswald D’Souza (Founder, Finwizz Bangalore), and Mrs. Anshu Archit Jhunjhunwala (Founder, Food for Thought) who are associated with the academy through its student placement services. Around 15 students from the previous batch also received their course completion certificates on the occasion.
Fr. Rubin Mathew sdb (Executive Director, BREADS), Fr. Deepu Mathew sdb (Director, DB BEST Academy), Fr. Francis Vattukulam sdb (Mission Procurator, Don Bosco Mission Procure) also graced the occasion with their presence. The celebration was made much more interesting by the students’ various cultural performances!
