BREADS Bangalore in association with PadSquad and Karnataka Interstate Migrants Alliance for Transformation (KISMAT- a project of BREADS), distributed biodegradable sanitary pads in Gandhinagar, Bangalore on 20 February 2022. The distribution benefitted more than 46 women in the area. All the beneficiaries were migrant workers from North Karnataka and North India. The effort was to increase awareness among women towards promoting safe and sustainable menstrual hygiene and health of women and girls.
