Skill development being the national priority of India, the skill training at DB BEST Academy is an integral contribution for increasing efficiency and productivity for the sound economic development of the country. DB BEST Academy provides skill training to the marginalized and vulnerable youth in three domains namely BPO, Retail, and Hospitality. 13th February 2021 marked the official inauguration of the 14th Batch at DB BEST Academy with 70 new students. Fr. Joy Nedumparambil, Executive Director, BREADS, and Fr. K C Sebastian, Rector, Don Bosco Provincial House Bangalore were chief guests on the occasion who shared their experiences with students and guided them with learning strategies. The program started with a prayer followed by the welcome note delivered by Fr. Rubin Mathew, Director of DB BEST Academy. Subsequently, a special cultural event was held, opening the platform for the students to exhibit their talents and skills. Along with the inaugural event, a parent meeting was also organised to introduce the system to parents.
