Responding to the referral of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), BREADS reached out to 65 refugees from different countries on 8 August 2020 in Bangalore. Young refugees from Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq, Congo, Sudan, Cambodia, Cameroon and Kenya were assisted with grocery kits and lunch packets. BREADS thanks its partners ResponseNet, Good Quest Foundation and McDonald’s for reaching out to these people during their moments of crisis.
