While humanity battles the COVID 19 pandemic, Nature received a much-needed break during the varying degrees of lockdown around the world. It was indeed time for Nature to heal itself and the result was noticeably cleaner air and water, and the increased sight and sound of birds and animals in the environment. It was a clear message that drastic climate action even for a short while is a powerful boost to Nature’s innate capacity to replenish itself.
Don Bosco Devadurga observed World Environment Day at the Government Higher Primary school, Manasayanadoddi in Devadurga taluk.
