DAAN UTSAV – the Festival of Giving is considered the privilege opportunity for individuals to come together and give back to society. Imbibing the concept, the various Corporates organized the Festival of Giving to provide a platform for the employees to explore into social commitments and to extend a bit of support to the vulnerable and marginalized in society within their personal limitations. BREADS offers a range of projects that interest Corporate Social Responsibility circles, promising a sense of satisfaction and worthy of investment. BREADS vouch for credibility, transparency, professionalism and delivery. During the month of October, BREADS participated in Daan Utsav organized by various Corporates in Bangalore such as SLK global company, Secon, Capgemini and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
The CSR team of BREADS seized the opportunity to facilitate the employees to reach out to those deserving children and women in society through their generous contributions. The products made by the SHG (Self Help Group) women were displayed to create awareness and to support their small scale business units. The enthusiasm and interest expressed by the employees deserve appreciation as their generosity to promote the value of sharing to the extent of sponsorships and donations. The interaction with employees paved the path for partnership building through their extended support for sponsorship, contributions in various means and donations. The employees of various Corporates volunteered to support the education of less fortunate children and collaborated with BREADS substantially to continue the spirit of giving and sharing to build a society of socially aware and conscious citizens.
