The training programme was designed to equip the staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their effectiveness in the DREAM programme. The interactive sessions, presentations, and joint discussions provided a platform for the staff to learn from one another, share their experiences, and develop strategies to improve the programme’s impact.
